Rugged Reins Tenacities LLC, operating as Montana Property Operations and Asset Protection, is owned and operated by Josh Timbrook.
Josh brings a unique mix of hands-on property experience, business knowledge, technical problem-solving, and Montana work ethic to every project. His background includes handyman repairs, short-term rental maintenance, painting, flooring, drywall, drainage solutions, grounds clearing, fencing, tree and brush removal, security-related improvements, property inspections, and owner reporting.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration – Management Information Systems and a Paralegal Studies degree, Josh also understands documentation, risk awareness, communication, contracts, systems, and process improvement.
